From these chemical compounds, melatonin is one of them. It is a natural hormone produced in the middle of the brain secreted by your body’s pineal gland. It is happened because the human body has an internal clock, i.e. SCN which produces this melatonin and spreads through the blood. This body clock is very much effective in darkness. At night again the brain follows commands to sleep our body. That time the melatonin helps us to feel it is time for go to bed. Wholly or partially this melatonin plays as a tranquilizer or a nightcap. Due to inactive of this melatonin in day time we are unable to sleep in day time because there is no sign of melatonin in our blood in the daylight. You will able to find that the children are sleeping very longer than an adult because of this melatonin reason as to experts view. You can also note that sleepiness also helps in producing hormone which is good for our body. It is also amazing that the melatonins are prevailing in the market in artificially. Yes it is true that the artificial melatonins are available in the market. And you can also get hormones from market without any medical prescription. But don’t go for buy like prozac while you are buying foods. If the question arises against safe of using melatonin, is controversy one. Although there is no such complain against using melatonin in huge doses as it is full of toxicity. But still the research is going on and they confirmed that heavy does of use may cause more sleeplessness as a normal human being does. Yes, it is proved by scientists that melatonin has the advantages if you use it in right time or the people works in shift duties or those who suffers from jet lag. The melatonin will act as a restoration or retune to the internal body clock. In fact the Melatonin should only be taken at nighttime. It will better to take 30 minute before your sleep. You may also use this melatonin as natural drug after your traveling along tour may be in flight. Still research is going on this using on long term and their effects.
